About Us

Hello! I’m Kim, founder of Eye For Beauty- a luxury boutique hair and makeup company based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Nestled near some of our favorite places- Hudson Valley, Manhattan, and Westchester.

My career started working on White Collar on USA Network. When we weren’t filming, I traveled across the country doing sales and artistry for Glimmer, a Los Angeles based beauty manufacturer. Eventually I opened Eye For Beauty specializing in weddings and events. I love helping clients witness all of life’s happiest moments while feeling their best!

Since launching, we have done weddings for a (TV producer/comedian) who had our largest bridal party to date- approx. 28 people needing both hair and makeup! We have also done hair and makeup services on those doing segments on The Today Show, Rachel Rae, Peacock TV and LTK.

We want you to feel completely yourself on such a special day- no need to worry about caked on makeup, that doesn’t feel authentic.

Our roster of makeup artists and hair stylists travel to you on your big day- whether it’s your venue, hotel, or home. Eye For Beauty handles timeline curation, crafts a seamless schedule with built in relaxation time, and listens to your vision.

I have had opportunities to write for “The Kind Bride” and one of my articles was the most read of all time! I also have written blog articles for City Lifestyle.

I met my husband through mutual friends. We had an intimate ceremony cliffside staying true to our adventurous side. It was a rainy, breezy cold day- yet you’d never know thanks to high end water proof makeup and incredible magic makers (aka The Hearnes photographers). My best day-of advice is, eat drink (hydrate) and be married!

As the tri-state area’s leading beauty team, we love doing branding sessions helping business’s and entrepreneurs update their website & social media.
